Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the 903ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

903ph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time at 903ph's discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months)

Any unauthorised use of 903ph intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 903ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

903ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 903ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

903ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 903ph makes no representations regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Platform or its content for any purpose.

903ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period

Upon account termination for cause, 903ph may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
